Finally gonna start!

I've been working in my project, Pokemon Roulette, for more than 3 years and I don't even have a beta!
So, as I've got like the 90% of the tiles finished, some overworlds, fakemons and other graphics, and the story in mind, I have decided to finally start inserting all into the rom.
I'm gonna have some help inserting and with the scripts, so I expect to have something playable during this year
I hope that everything will go faster after I insert the main graphics, so next year I should finish the game (I wish xD)
And that's all. I really expect that what I've written before comes true.

1. Why are you in dA?

7. Which OS (operating system) do you use? (it can be Windows XP, Fedora Linux, Mac OS, etc.)
8. Do you change your avatar very often? Why?
9. Have you ever dyed your hair? Which color?
10. Ask yourself any question you want. Then tell us the answer without saying the question. Now we try to find out which question you chose.
And my answers are:
1. I think it's a good place to know a lot of people, to show them what you can do and to learn a little bit from them.
2. Having the chance to see awesome art, of course ^^
3. In my case it needs a lot of time to load and I can only acces properly with Mozzilla Firefox
I don't like that
4. Well, I love doing lots of things, but my favourite is going out with my friends. That's the best
5. I hate staying at home when my friends go out because I have to study =.= I hate that!!
6. I speak spanish xD, and also I speak french, but as I don't practice it very often I'm loosing practice.
7. I use Windows (XP and 7)
8. Not very often, but I like to make new avatars when I'm bored or when I have a good idea for one.
9. Nope, I like my natural color. But anyway I've been thinking about trying it some time, maybe next carnival xD

I need a little help with my hack-rom

From the moment I started with my hack I wanted to do it all by myself, but I've got 2 problems. First one is time. I'm not a guy in a rush but I'm seeing that I don't have anything really done in the rom.
The second thing is that I've tried and tried lots of times to learn scripting and, even that I think I've understood all, when I write the scripts they never work well. I've read lots of tutorials and I've seen the own game scripts, but I'm very bad scripting.
This can sound a bit picky, but I'd like one of these 2 things:
1_ A good scripter that wants to join my hack but who follows more or less the instructions I give him by the time he is scripting. This scripter can do the script as he wants, but I had a lot of ideas in mind and I want them in my hack.
2_ Someone who doesn't mind being my teacher. That pearson must have a medium-advanced level on scripting. I just want to reach that level, because I think that after that I could learn by myself.
I've got a few points so if someone is interested I could also pay them.

Making a rom hack

Lately I've tried to use as much of my free time as I can for making my tiles and sprites. I don't know why but it's exciting knowing you are making your own game with your hands. Having the posibility to express your imagination in a drawing is quite good, but knowing that you'll be able to play with it it's AWESOME! I just want to finish it!!...I'm a little ambitious because I just have made like the half part of the graphics (tiles, sprites and minisprites), but I haven't inserted anything in the rom and I haven't done any script yet :/
Anyway I want to do it by my self and if find that I need someone's help I think I'll need a scripter (I tried once to some scripts and, thought I had all the idea all the script I made lots and lots of errors and I finished having like 15 useless roms xD)
Well, I don't know why other people make rom hacks or RPGs, but this is why I want to do my game.
